Preliminary Recommendations from LADOT Transit Services Analysis
The City of Los Angeles’ Department of Transportation and its consultant (TMD) have completed their analysis and made preliminary recommendations to address the substantial funding shortfall in LADOT’s transit programs over the next decade. The financial deficit in LADOT’s transit programs is projected at $350 million over the next decade, including a projected $23 million shortfall in Fiscal Year 2010-11.
