Expanded Policies & Procedures FAQs 11-28-18
Update regarding the proposed Processes & Procedures Ordinance. There is a new 7 page Expanded FAQs. The proposed ordinance lays the groundwork for a more user-friendly organization of the City’s Zoning Code, making the administrative provisions easier to use and understand. Subsequent to its approval by the City Planning Commission on October 11, 2018, City Planning has received a number of clarification questions about the proposal and developed an Expanded Frequently Asked Questions document in response — including next steps…
