Thank all of you who have sent emails to let us know that you have not been receiving your electronic NOTIFICATION OF NEW ENTITLEMENT APPLICATIONS – EARLY NOTIFICATION REPORTS from the Department of City Planning. Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems
Dear OWTS Stakeholders, We are glad to inform you that due to your stakeholder participation, a great milestone in favor of protecting our water resources and the environment has been reached. Yesterday, June 29, 2011, the Board of Public Works Commissioners approved the draft proposed ordinance for regulating Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems for single family homes in the city and forwarded it to the City Council and the Mayor for their consideration and approval. Low Impact Development Update (LID)
The Bureau of Sanitation is pleased to announce that the 4th Edition of the Development Best Management Practices Handbook – Part B: Planning Activities (4th Edition) will be considered for approval by the Board of Public Works on Friday, July 1, 2011. Development Reform Strategic Plan
PlanCheckNC was pleased to host a presentation of the Development Reform Strategic Plan – Building a Better LA at its Second Saturday Program on June 11. Farmers’ Markets Code Amendment project
