Follow up on the brief report given at the 11-8-14 PlanCheckNC meeting. The LA Curbed article contains a map that shows where Lamar Advertising would like to install 45 new digital billboards and discusses the recent Superior Court ruling that challenges the validity of the City’s 2002 sign ordinance and ban on new billboards (which Lamar’s digital signs would be).

The Department of City Planning has released a report making new recommendations regarding the proposed Community Care Facilities Ordinance (CCFO). Some of you may recall the CCFO when it was being discussed several years ago.
