Missing Middle LA Meeting
| Hi Neighbor, In collaboration with LA City Planning, Pacoima Beautiful is pleased to invite you to a community meeting on Missing Middle LA, a citywide initiative to expand housing choices and homeownership opportunities through Zoning Code amendments that implement recent state housing laws. LA City Planning just released the Missing Middle LA Draft Ordinances for public review and comment. The proposed ordinances would create a range of missing middle housing types including ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units), duplexes, and small-lot homes, to help address the growing housing need while balancing the character of existing neighborhoods. Review the Draft Ordinances and Related Materials – Fact Sheet – Homeowner’s Guide, to see how the proposed changes could apply to your property – Full draft ordinances, design standards, and the June 24 webinar recording are available on the Get Involved page This meeting is your opportunity to learn more about the draft ordinances, ask questions, and share your comments on how housing options will impact your community directly with City staff.
