A new generation of vehicular headlights are extremely bright and have caused many drivers being unable to see when approached by these blinding lights. The Soft Light Foundation is circulating a petition that asks Congress, the Dept. of Transportation, NHTSA, and the FDA to address this issue and to prohibit blinding LED headlights.
