Please be advised that City Planning has modified its mailing procedures to require submission of notification materials when they are ready to be used, rather than at the time of case filing. This will prevent applicants from having to update mailing lists and labels as the date of a public hearing or issuance of a Letter of Determination (LOD) approaches. Starting in late October, we worked hard and quickly with several council member’s planning staff to get this motion voted on by the City Council. The motion was finally moved and seconded on Dec1 by Koretz, Blumenfield, and Raman.
