Certified Neighborhood Council members, The 2013-2021 update to the City’s Housing Element has been released for public review and comment. The Housing Element is a State-required part of the City’s General Plan, which must be completed on a 8-year schedule to be in compliance. Hopefully some of you are aware of the project due to the efforts we made in attending the regional neighborhood council groups over the past couple months.
