After over a year plus of delay the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the Hollywood Community Plan Update has finally been released.  City Planning was originally scheduled to release the DEIR in the Fall of 2009 but (for a variety of reasons) ended up delaying the release of the DEIR several times.
