CPC Meeting Postponed for Proposed Amendment to the Small Lot Subdivision Ordinance
Update from Senior City Planner Jane Choi: Thank you for your input during our public participation process for the Small Lot Subdivision Ordinance (SLS) Amendment. Due to the overwhelming number of comments and multiple requests to extend the comment submission deadline, the Department of City Planning will be postponing the presentation of the SLS Amendment to the City Planning Commission, which was tentatively scheduled for Thursday, March 24, 2016. Unapproved Dwelling Units — update
Neighborhood Council stakeholders, Please find the attached Staff Recommendation Report from the Department of City Planning regarding the proposed Unapproved Dwelling Unit (UDU) ordinance (CF 14-1150). The ordinance would create a new process to grant legal status to certain existing unapproved dwelling units located in multi-family zones when dedicated affordable housing is being provided on site and other performance standards are met.

Mobility Plan 2035: City Planning Commission Hearing on Amendments
An amended Mobility Plan was adopted by City Council on January 20, 2016, that included additions to the text of the Plan and technical corrections. Additional amendments are being proposed that include text revisions, as well as map revisions to the enhanced networks.
