CF 20-0002-s101 – SB 1120 State Bill to put 2 Unit Developments in Single Family Neighborhoods CITY Resolution to Oppose.

City Resolution to Oppose was introduced by Councilmen Ryu and Koretz 6/24 and referred to Rules, Election , Intergovernmental Relations Committee along with SB 1299 and SB1385.  This opens an opportunity for Neighborhood and Community Councils to send Impact Statements.  The State Bill was approved by the State Senate and sent to the Assembly for consideration. http://clkrep.lacity.org/onlinedocs/2020/20-0002-s101_reso_06-24-2020.pdf
