Restaurant Beverage Program Ordinance passed City Council
On February 9, 2022, the City Council voted unanimously to adopt the Restaurant Beverage Program (RBP) Ordinance (No. 187,402), which creates two versions of the RBP, a general and an Alcohol Sensitive Use Zone (ASUZ) version, for sit-down restaurants to serve alcohol if they meet more than 50 eligibility criteria, performance standards, and enforcement procedures.
