Harbor LA Community Plans at PLUM Aug. 26
| Dear Community Stakeholder, We are excited to share that the Harbor LA Community Plans, which includes both the Wilmington-Harbor City and Harbor Gateway Community Plans and amendments to the new Zoning Code is expected to be considered by the Planning Land Use and Management (PLUM) Committee on Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. We thank you for your support and engagement in bringing the Plans to this milestone! The City Planning Commission (CPC) recommended approval of the Harbor LA Community Plans on Feb. 8, 2024, and with minor modifications to the Wilmington-Harbor City Community Plan on Jan. 23, 2025. The CPC Recommended Plans for Harbor Gateway and Wilmington-Harbor City, Final Environmental Impact Report of the Harbor LA Community Plans and New Zoning Code, along with optional modifications for PLUM Committee’s consideration was transmitted to the City Clerk’s Office on Aug. 20, 2025. |
| Meeting Details The PLUM Committee meeting agenda will be posted 24 hours prior to the meeting here, in compliance with the Brown Act. The PLUM Committee meeting will be conducted in-person at Los Angeles City Hall (Council Chambers). The audio for this meeting will be broadcast live at: https://clerk.lacity.org/calendar. Public testimony will be heard during the general public comment portion of the meeting in-person only; there will be no public comment accepted by teleconference during the meeting.
