Please find attached the Supplemental Staff Report for the Modified Parking Requirement (MPR) District Ordinance to be heard at the City Planning Commission on July 14, 2011.  The hearing will take place Downtown, in Room 350 of City Hall, sometime after 8:30 a.m.
