Retained by the City of Los Angeles, KH Consulting Group (KH), and its subcontractor Woolpert initiated Development Reform process in January.  This is an opportunity to learn more about the Strategic Plan and proposed changes for the City to implement the proposals during the next three years while the document is still a draft.
