To All Interested Parties,

The Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) has received an application package from Athens Sun Valley MRF for a solid waste facility permit to operate a large volume transfer/processing facility.  The LEA will be conducting a public information meeting on Monday, May 10, 2010 at 6:30 pm at John Francis Polytechnical High School Auditorium.  Please see the attached file for further meeting information.

The informational meeting is open to all interested parties to ask questions and provide comments regarding the Athens Sun Valley MRF and the processing of the solid waste facility permit.
