Correction: CPC Decision Available and Housing Element at Housing Committee Today 10/27/21
| Dear Interested Parties, This email is to inform you of new documents and upcoming virtual meetings related to the Updates to the Housing Element and the Safety Element, as well as technical amendments to the Plan for a Healthy Los Angeles. City Planning Commission Hearing: On October 14th the City Planning Commission unanimously voted to recommend that the City Council approve the 2021-2029 Housing Element, targeted update to the Safety Element, and technical amendments to the Heath Element. The Commission did recommend some revisions and additions, detailed in the Letters of Determination for each plan below. CPC Determination Letter – Housing CPC Determination Letter – Safety CPC Determination Letter – Health Upcoming Hearings: The Housing Element will be considered at the Housing Committee today 10-27-21 at 3 pm. Additional hearings by the decision-maker may occur, including a hearing by the full City Council, but are not scheduled at this time. Agendas to City Council and Committee meetings can be accessed online at: https://clerk.lacity.org/calendar, the posted agendas will provide additional information on public comment. Council Files have been assigned as follows: Housing Element at CF 21-1230, Safety Element at CF 20-1213, and the Health Element at CF 15-0103-S3. |
