On Wednesday, April 14, Councilmember Monica Rodriguez introduced a motion (Council File 21-0407) instructing the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment to report with a survey of Neighborhood Council election rules, including, but not limited to: eligibility requirements for Board seats, governing board structure, stakeholder requirements, and stakeholder verification.
