CF 12-0460-S4 Processes and Procedures Ordinance Consideration by the PLUM Committee


On June 1, 2021, the Planning and Land Use Management (PLUM) Committee of the Los Angeles City Council will consider the proposed Processes and Procedures Ordinance, which comprehensively updates the administrative provisions of the Zoning Code and was recommended for approval by the City Planning Commission at their March 25, 2021 meeting.  A copy of the proposed Ordinance, as approved by the City Planning Commission, can be found here (see page 388 of the PDF for the start of the proposed Chapter 1A).
The PLUM Committee meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. and be conducted via teleconference. The meeting agenda is available here (Item 19), and includes instructions on how to attend virtually. Any public comments submitted prior to the meeting should be directed to the City Clerk’s online public comment portal.  Further information can also be found on the Code Amendments page on City Planning’s website.
