City Planning COVID-19 Update: Public Counter Operations

COVID-19

Important Notices Regarding the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

City Planning greatly appreciates your flexibility as we adjust our practices to balance the needs of serving you while also complying with the Mayor’s directives to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Unfortunately, these extraordinary measures to safeguard the health and safety of us all have resulted in the postponement of all regularly scheduled Commission and Board meetings, as well as community meetings, from now until at least April 16. However, hearings will resume as soon as remote/virtual procedures are developed.

While these precautions are being taken, City Planning has determined that our public counters will remain open with certain modifications to support public safety. This means that we are no longer able to accommodate walk-ins at our Development Services Centers. Only online appointments are allowed. Please click here to make an appointment.
