Important: City Council Committee to Oppose SB 827 at meeting on 3/23
Important hearing tomorrow at city hall. Regarding Councilman Ryu’s motion to oppose SB-827. 827 will have a major impact on zoning in our city and limit our say in it. Please come out tomorrow and share with your networks. If your Neighborhood Council has taken a position, please show up and utilize your speaking time.
Tomorrow, Friday, March 23, 2018, a Special Meeting has been called for the Rules, Elections & Intergovernmental Relations Committee @9:00AM.
The last item, # 11 is a Resolution by Councilmember Ryu-Wesson, requesting LA City Council to OPPOSE SB 827, Senate Bill by Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco).
The committee will need your support to pass this Resolution out of committee for vote by the City Council.
