Recommendation Report on Emergency Homeless Shelters
Staff Recommendation Report from the Department of City Planning regarding the proposed Emergency Homeless Shelters ordinance. The ordinance amends provisions related to the establishment and operation of shelters for the homeless when a “shelter crisis” has been declared by the City Council and/or Mayor.
The item will be discussed at the 2/11/16 meeting of the City Planning Commission.
