We are also pleased to announce that the Draft Hollywood Community Plan will be presented at two Open House/Public Hearings in the second week of November:

Dates       Monday, November 7, 2011 and  Thursday, November 10, 2011

Location:  First Presbyterian Church of Hollywood, Mears Conference Center,
1760 N. Gower Street, Los Angeles, CA 90028

Times:     4:30 PM – 6:30 PM  Open House, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM  Public Hearing

Both meeting dates will follow identical formats.  It is not necessary to attend both meetings. Planning staff will be available at the Open Houses to review information about the Draft Plan and answer questions.  Each Open House will be followed by a Public Hearing conducted by a Hearing Officer, who will consider all public testimony and any written communication received prior to, or at the Hearing.  A written recommendation report which incorporates input received at the Hearings will then be prepared for consideration by the City Planning Commission, and subsequently by the Mayor and City Council.  A City Planning Commission Hearing date has been tentatively scheduled for December 8, 2011.

Copies of the Draft Hollywood Community Plan, the Final Environmental Impact Report, and related maps and matrices, will also be available for viewing at the following public libraries:
