PD_Districts_HearingNotice for a “staff hearing” for a proposed code amendment to revise the existing Residential Planned Development “RPD” Districts regulations (last updated in 1971) to enable innovative, mixed-use, and infill development projects as planned developments in the City of LA.

This is the third draft ordinance of the Code Simplification bundle of projects.  The staff hearing (not CPC) will be in Room 1070 of City Hall on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at 1 pm.  The final day to submit comments is November 7, 2011.
