Good Morning

Attached is a revised flyer for four upcoming informational meetings about the Core Findings and Community Care Facilities being offered by the City Planning Department.  As some of you have noted, the Valley meeting is on the same day as the PlanCheckNC program.

I have discussed the potential for conflict with Tom Rothman and this schedule will not present a problem.  The Core Findings meetings are unstructured opportunities for community members to visit informational stations set-up within the space.  You may stop by at any time during the open hours and spend as much or as little time at each station as you would like.  City Staff will be available to answer your questions.  The City Planning Department has extended the hours for the Valley meeting to 3:00 pm to accommodate those who would like to attend PlanCheckNC in the morning and then visit the Core Findings meeting in the afternoon.  These meetings will provide the same opportunities for community members at four different geographic and time locations.  This will also allow you to select the time and place that best suits your schedule.
