Today, the Department of City Planning released the final guidelines for the Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) Affordable Housing Incentive Program. These TOC Guidelines launch a new incentive-based program for housing production, as required by Measure JJJ, approved by the voters on November 8, 2016.
