CITY OF LOS ANGELES CONSOLIDATED PLAN The City Council and Mayor approved the current plan in February 2017. We are inviting public participation in planning for the City’s Five-Year Housing and Community Development Consolidated Plan for April 1, 2018 through March 31, 2023.
