Citywide Design Guidelines at CPC on Dec 13
The Citywide Design Guidelines Ordinance is going to CPC on December 13th. The project description is: The proposed ordinance (Appendix A) modifies Section 11.5.4 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code to require that select discretionary projects comply with the Citywide Design Guidelines adopted by the City Planning Commission and makes minor technical corrections. Community Care Facilities Staff Report
Copy just received. The public hearing for Community Care Facilities (also known as Sober Living homes) is scheduled for October 14, 2010 before the City Planning Commission. The staff report has been released by the City Planning Department with a Sept. 15, 2010 (this week) deadline for comments. Please review the document and submit comments, ASAP. Zoning Code Simplification
The Core Zoning Code case that is going before the Planning Commission on October 14, 2010, is the first of the six components of the Core Zoning Code Simplification work program that was laid out to PlanCheckNC at our June meeting.
