One Water LA Workshop #4

The One Water LA Plan is well underway and we need your involvement and insights during this critical phase to help determine the Plan’s final content.

Please join us on October 26th for an important discussion on the following topics:
  • Project selection criteria finalization
  • Potential projects and project portfolio themes
  • Recommended policies
The draft products created as a result of Workshop #4 will serve as the foundation for major plan elements to be discussed in our final two workshops. So now is an especially important time to stay, or get involved.

R1 Variation Zones Code Amendment Recommendation Report

October 6th, 2016

The Proposed R1 Variation Zones Code Amendment Recommendation Report to the City Planning Commission, as well as the Proposed Zone Change Recommendation Report for the Faircrest Heights, Crestview, Picfair Village, Wilshire Vista, La Brea Hancock, Larchmont Heights, South Hollywood and the Oaks of Los Feliz neighborhoods are now available online on the Neighborhood Conservation webpage under “Updates.”

These matters are scheduled to go before the City Planning Commission on Thursday, October 13 after 10 a.m. in Room 340 of City Hall (200 N. Spring Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012). The agenda for the City Planning Commission meeting will be posted online here.

Urban Agriculture Incentive Zone Ordinance Recommendation Report

The Commission has adopted rules regarding written submissions, including Day of Hearing Submissions, which can be viewed here.
