AGF Ordinance Update

As some of you know, we have recently been advised by CD11 staff that the matter of revision of the AGF ordinance (the ordinance governing cell towers and related equipment in the public right of way — PROW) will be taken up by the full City Council on September 11, 2012 at the regular Council meeting.

PlanCheckNC meets Sat Aug 11 at 10 a.m.

How LADBS, LAHD and City Planning Work together.  Saturday’s program will be moderated by PlanCheckNC’s own Marlene Savage and will include Alan Bell from City Planning and Dave Lara from Building and Safety.  We’ve invited LAHD and hope they will particiapte as well.  Meeting starts promptly at 10 a.m. and ends at 12 noon.
