Update regarding the Community Care Facilities Ordinance –
On Wednesday, February 16th Councilman Greig Smith introduced a motion take the Community Care Facilities Ordinance from the City Planning Commission (CPC) as the CPC did not act within the required 75 days. Check PLUM (Planning and Land Use Management Committee) agendas for the next hearing on this proposed ordinance.
