NOTICE OF COMMUNITY MEETINGS FOR THE 2010-2011 ACTION PLAN–36TH PROGRAM YEAR

The City of Los Angeles is soliciting community input on the programs and services to be funded through the 2010-2011 Action Plan. Approximately $136 million in federal funds are anticipated for the following Action Plan activities: public services, housing and related programs, neighborhood improvements, economic development, homelessness, and assistance to people living with AIDS. Community input will help identify priorities and community needs. Activities funded by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds are to primarily benefit low- and moderate-income persons, eliminate slum and blight, or meet an urgent need.
